"Agrani New Jersey is a women led charitable non profit organization which supports the most marginalized women to earn their rights in society, improve thier life and well-being, influence decisions in their home and community and connect to networks for support." We envision a world in which all women, regardless of their culture, ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential. A world where women in USA are honored for their wisdom, celebrated for their leadership and empowered to create change. Coming together we believe we can educate women in the core competencies of effective and innovative leadership by guiding them that fills the void created by society’s inadequate investment in development of women’s leadership talent.
